A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on February 7, 2023, at 2:00 pm (AST),
virtually through the Microsoft Teams platform. To participate send an email to
esantiago@martinpena.pr.gov on or before 12:00 pm (AST) of February 7, 2023.
Last Day to Submit Questions:

Proposal Submission:
